Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) –In April, Michael Ontiveros of Albuquerque was found guilty of four counts of sexual penetration of a child under 13. Sentencing was held Monday for Ontiveros, he was given a 36 year prison sentence by Bernalillo County Judge Cindy Leos. He faced up to 70 years in prison.
