Otero County, NM (KKOB)- A major drug seizure in Otero County leads to two men being arrested and drugs and firearms confiscated.
Agents with the White Mountain Drug Task Force, with assistance from the Otero County Sheriff’s, executed a search warrant at a residence in Otero County, following an ongoing narcotics investigation.
During the execution of the warrant, agents found 62-year-old Raymond Lee Landress and 47-year-old Benjamin Likes inside the residence. Agents seized approximately 142.45 grams of suspected Methamphetamine, suspected Hydrocodone pills, numerous firearms, assorted ammunition, along with other items commonly associated with the distribution of illegal narcotics.
Both men are facing drug charges and are being held at the Otero County jail.
