Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) –If you usually drive through Paseo Del Norte near Unser you’ll need to plan a new route for Thursday and Friday. Construction crews will close Paseo Del Norte between Universe and Unser from noon on Thursday to 5pm on Friday. The closure will be due to rock blasting for two storm drainage areas on Thursday and repairs to any road damage will take place on Friday. A recommended detour for eastbound drivers is to head south on Universe Blvd then east on Rainbow Blvd to Kimmick Drive then north on Kimmick Drive to get to Paseo del Norte.
