Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) –The NM Department of Workforce Solutions will close all offices statewide this Friday to complete a major technology upgrade and cloud migration. This is part of the department’s Future Ready Workforce Systems initiative. The department says “protecting sensitive information and maintaining strong security practices will always remain a top priority.” The department’s websites and online systems will be temporarily unavailable to the public and staff during the transition. Online services will resume on Sunday, May 31st. Claimants may complete their weekly certification for benefits anytime Sunday through Saturday online or by calling the Unemployment Insurance Operations Center.
