Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) –Sentencing was held today (Mon) for a serial thief who pled guilty to a list of charges, including dozens of burglaries at businesses across Albuquerque. Ricky Roybal stole everything from money to lottery tickets to laundry detergent. The stolen property totaled more than $22,000, including the property damage left behind. Investigators said Roybal had a pattern of targeting businesses late at night breaking windows or doors to get in. Roybal was sentenced to 4.5 years behind bars.
