Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) –New Mexico Voices for Children will be traveling across the state to hear firsthand the issues residents face when it comes to children and their families. The non-profit, in partnership with the W.K. Kellogg Foundation, released a report highlighting how recent investments have improved opportunities for children and identifies ongoing challenges like poverty, inequities and limited access to services that children and families still face. The roadshow will feature a series of in-person events with the next event happening Friday at the San Juan Center for Independence in Farmington beginning at 9am.
