Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) –A father accused of leaving his children unsupervised has pleaded guilty in an Albuquerque courtroom. Police say 31-year-old Edward Davila’s three-year-old daughter was found walking alone near Pennsylvania and Phoenix during triple-digit heat. Davila admitted to one count of child abuse and one count of obstruction. His attorneys said he left an eight-year-old to look after the younger children. Judge Britt Baca deferred his three-year prison sentence.
