Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) –APD’s Fatal Crash Investigation Team responded to a crash yesterday afternoon about 4:30 involving a single vehicle at Eubank and the I-40 eastbound on-ramp. A preliminary investigation indicates the vehicle was traveling at a slow speed on the eastbound I-40 off-ramp and proceeded through the intersection on Eubank NE. The vehicle continued through the intersection, and traveled down the embankment toward I-40 eastbound traffic. It came to rest on the shoulder of I-40. The male driver was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
