SANTA FE, N.M. (AP) Santa Fe police say a 70-year-old woman had been dead for many months when found in her apartment. An autopsy identified the woman as 70-year-old Barbara Salinas-Norman, and police say unofficial results attribute the death to natural causes.
Police say medical investigators have not been able to determine exactly when Salinas-Norman died but that it appears she has been dead at least since October. The Santa Fe New Mexican reports that police were called when out-of-state relatives stopped by the woman's apartment.
