It was great to have an extra day off last weekend but I couldn’t help but think about the word “holiday” on a day that we should be forever grateful to the our heroes. Memorial Day shouldn’t be just one day in May but every day when we consider the freedoms our military members have given us. One of those freedoms is the right to vote. I hope you’ll take the time to seriously consider voting for the candidates who will defend that freedom before early voting ends or on June 3rd.
