ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (AP) Albuquerque police say an investigation and autopsies have determined that a married couple found dead in their home died of a homicide and suicide. Police say 78-year-old Ronald Lobato fatally shot his wife, 74-year-old Sylvia Lobato, and then himself. The bodies were discovered May 30 by the couple's son. He called police after he looked through a window of the home and saw them lying in their bed.
Officers then forced their way into the house.
