Federal authorities have charged a 28 year old Albuquerque man with using an explosive device to damage the Old Navy store in the Pavilions at San Mateo Shopping Center. David Hickman was arrested by an APD officer in the early hours of the morning of November 26th after the officer saw Hickman enter then leave the store, which was on fire. Hickman made his initial court appearance in federal court Monday morning. A preliminary hearing and a detention hearing have yet to be scheduled.
