As of Thursday morning, 132,000 people had voted early in Bernalillo County, just a few thousand short of the early voting numbers overall in 2012. Joey Keefe with the County Clerk’s Office says he expects busy polling place right through election day.
Total voter turnout in Bernalillo County in 2012 was around 250,000. Keefe says that number should be exceeded this year.
