The long-awaited murder charge against Davon Lymon has now been filed. AG Hector Balderas filed the charge Thursday against the accused killer of APD Officer Daniel Webster during a traffic stop in October of last year in Albuquerque. Lymon is also charged with assault with intent to commit a violent felony, shooting from a motor vehicle and tampering with evidence.
Lymon was recently convicted in federal court on charges of being a felon in possession of a firearm. the gun used to kill Webster. The case against Lymon will now be presented to a grand jury.
