Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) — Whole Foods is planning a new store on Albuquerque’s Westside. A listing shared by commercial real estate firm SimonCRE shows the grocer will open at Cottonwood Corners, part of the center’s ongoing redevelopment. The project includes multiple new tenants as SimonCRE expands its presence in Albuquerque after returning to the market in late 2024. The new store would mark Whole Foods’ first location on the Westside or in nearby Rio Rancho. An opening timeframe has not yet been announced, but planning documents indicate the space will anchor a revamped section of the shopping center.
