
Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) — Lower demand, declining crude oil prices and the seasonal change to less-expensive winter-blend gasoline has resulted in lower gas prices according to AAA officials in NM. The organization’s survey showed the average price of a gallon of unleaded gas in NM was $2.84, down from $2.90 the week prior. The Santa Fe area experienced a larger reduction, going from $2.87 to $2.78. Albuquerque’s average fell from $2.85 to $2.74.
