Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) — New accusations dating back to the 1990’s have surfaced against a former Hope Christian School teacher accused of inappropriately touching two of his students. And, the Bernalillo County District Attorney’s Office says investigators found evidence Kelly McEachran was frequenting a house of prostitution, which led them to add eleven more charges. The evidence from the 90’s comes in the form of a lawsuit against McEachran and Hope Christian Schools. The plaintiff in the case was in sixth grade when McEachran locked her inside a classroom and touched her inappropriately. He remains behind bars, a trial date has not been set.
