ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Albuquerque police are investigating a deadly shooting that occurred late Tuesday night at an apartment complex near Tramway Blvd. and Copper Ave. NE.
Officers responded to a ShotSpotter activation at 9:46 p.m. at the complex located at 557 Tramway Blvd. NE. Upon arrival, they found an adult male who had died from a gunshot wound. No additional details about the victim or possible suspects have been released.
APD homicide detectives are leading the investigation. The area was secured overnight as officers collected evidence and spoke with potential witnesses.
