Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) — Two people were apprehended in Grants yesterday after fleeing from a traffic stop. Grants police say officers attempted to conduct a traffic stop on a vehicle with only one operable headlight when the vehcile failed to stop. One of the occupants in the car, Andrew Gurule had an active warrant for criminal sexual penetration, kidnapping, assault and battery. He was arrested on the warrant. The female driver was charged with aggravated fleeing, harboring a felon and driving under the influence of drugs.
