Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) — Drivers in Albuquerque should expect delays along I-25 and nearby roads as major construction continues. Starting Thursday, crews will begin driving steel piles into the ground on the northbound Pan American Frontage Road near Comanche. The New Mexico Department of Transportation warns of increased noise and vibration in the area. Work is part of a larger project to rebuild inside lanes and add braided ramps. Most work will happen during the day, but some may shift to nighttime for safety.
