Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) –59 year old Jammy Jackson of Farmington will remain free until his trial in January. He was arrested Feb. 17th for one misdemeanor and 13 felony child abuse charges in connection with keeping his 15-year-old daughter in a chicken coop. As part of his conditions of release, Jackson was ordered to have no contact with minors, however Pretrial Services received a tip that he was seeing a woman with a 3-year-old child. The Assistant District Attorney’s office reports its office investigated the claim and couldn’t confirm the allegations.
