Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) — A juvenile court judge has ruled that a 15-year-old charged in a January attempted carjacking can be released while awaiting trial. The incident involved seven teens and left one suspect dead after the intended victim returned fire. The District Attorney’s Office says this is the teen’s seventh referral to the juvenile justice system. Four teens remain in custody, while others have been released pending trial.
