Desert Willow Complex fire

Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) — Evacuation orders have been issued in parts of Los Lunas due to the Desert Willow Complex Fire. The fire, which began as two separate incidents, is now believed to be human-caused. Residents east of the Rio Grande from Chughole Lane to Main Street are under mandatory evacuation. Those west of the river are advised to stay alert. A shelter is open at the Daniel Fernandez Recreation Center, and officials are asking the public to report any suspicious activity.
