Workplace Violance

Workplace violence has become a catch all for anything the media can't explain or doesn't want to explain.  The facts are Alton Nolan a Muslim shouted a phrase in Arabic then beheaded a co-worker in his Oklahoma place of business.  Quickly many tagged this as workplace violence not an act of terrorism.  Workplace violence is when a middle aged man a year short of his retirement and full pension gets fired to save the business money and flips over his boss's desk.  Not Murder and that is what we saw from Nolan.  Alton Nolan was an unstable man with extreme Islamic beliefs who used his workplace anger to make a bigger point to all of us "infidels" by not only killing an innocent person by but beheading that person as well.  Islamic extremists are here in America where we live and work, and as uncomfortable as it is, in our new hyper sensitive society we need to be aware, because any of them could go off at any second, like Alton Nolan illustrated for all of us.  Calling this beheading workplace violence is like saying the Hindenburg experienced turbulence.
