Measles exposure increases with summer events

Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) — Summer brings more travel and events to New Mexico, increasing the risk of measles exposure. The New Mexico Department of Health recommends the MMR vaccine for those unvaccinated or unsure of their status. There are 67 measles cases reported in New Mexico. Measles is also spreading in 30 U.S. states, Mexico, and Canada.
