Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) — Picking up his dinner resulted in the arrest of Gilbert Serrano. APD air support located Serrano this week picking up some food at the El Modelo restaurant, and that’s when foot officers moved in. Authorities say he’s one of the top 25 auto theft offenders for April.
