Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) –A reminder from the Bernalillo County Treasurer’s Office the second half of 2025 property taxes are due April 10th. This applies to property owners who did not pay their bill in full or who are not enrolled in the 10-month payment agreement. Property taxes in Bernalillo County become delinquent after May 10th. A one percent penalty will be applied each month the property tax is delinquent along with a one percent monthly interest charge until the balance is paid.
