Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) – The Albuquerque Public Schools Board will have the first of two Town Halls with members of the community tonight at 6 p.m. The Town Halls are an opportunity for the board to discuss progress towards the district;s goals and what APS is doing to improve student outcomes during the school year. During these meetings, participants will learn about: Student Outcomes Focused Governance and how it guides district decision-making, the difference between Board responsibilities and Superintendent responsibilities, and the progress toward Albuquerque Public Schools’ districtwide goals.
