Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) — A New Mexico jury has found Rollie Bruvold guilty on four counts of criminal sexual penetration of a child under the age of 13, according to the Attorney General’s Office. Prosecutors say the crimes occurred during two camping trips in Sandoval County between 1985 and 1995. Bruvold now faces up to 72 years in prison. Court records show Bruvold has been in custody since 2002. While most of his earlier convictions were overturned on appeal in 2020, prosecutors later filed additional charges. He remains in custody and will be sentenced at a later date.
