Albuquerque, NM (KKON) – UNM police investigating vandalism that happened overnight that resulted in significant property damage at the Laguna 3 Dorm. UNM police officers answered a call Wednesday morning to a report of a man who entered the dorm and smashed several interior windows.
According to police, the man tried to gain access to a Resident Advisers room before leaving the building. The suspect is described as a white male, about 5 feet 8 inches tall, wearing a gray beanie and a green sweatshirt.
Police said the suspect was last seen leaving campus toward the south, around Yale Boulevard and Gold Avenue.
UNMPD is asking anyone with information about the incident or who may have observed suspicious behavior to come forward.
