ALBUQUERQUE, NEW MEXICO – Drivers traveling through northeast Albuquerque should be aware of temporary changes at the intersection of Paseo del Norte and Tramway on Tuesday, March 18.
Traffic signal work is scheduled to take place from 9 a.m. to noon. During that time, the traffic signals at the intersection will be turned off. The intersection will instead be controlled by posted traffic signs and will operate as an all‑way stop.
City officials say the temporary setup is necessary while crews complete the scheduled work. Drivers passing through the area should expect slower traffic and brief delays during the morning hours.
The traffic signals are expected to return to normal operation once the work is complete around noon.
