Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) — Ricky Roybal, a thief whose criminal history spans a decade, took a plea deal in court this morning. Roybal burglarized dozens of businesses across Albuquerque stealing everything from money to lottery tickets and laundry detergent. Roybal was released to mental health court but he still faces up to ten years behind bars under the plea deal.
