Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) – Court records show that three Albuquerque men are charged with stealing more than $10,000 worth of Lego sets from a Target store. Alfonso Yribe and Mathew Marquez are accused of stealing the toys and then trying to reselling them to other local businesses. Another suspect, Martin Gonzales is still wanted by police.
Court records also show that some of the Lego sets had GPS trackers on them which helped APD make the arrests.
The DA’s office is asking a judge to keep the men in jail until their trial.
