Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) –A new hotel is under construction near the Albuquerque International Sunport. It’s New Mexico’s first Aloft Hotel, a Marriott brand. The structure will be located off Sunport and University Blvd. Aloft currently has 166 locations across the U.S. Prime Hospitality Consulting is building the hotel which is expected to be open summer of 2027.
