Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) – The Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office has announced information on the visitation and memorial services for Sergeant Michael Schlattman who was killed during a traffic stop on I-40 near Carnuel and a semi-slammed into his unit, pinning him and killing him on the scene.
A public viewing and visitation will be held on Sunday March 1st from 3 to 5pm at Daniels Family Funerals and Cremation in Rio Rancho and the public is welcome to attend. On Monday at 9:15 a.m. a formal law enforcement procession from the funeral home to the Rio Rancho Events Center will take place. The funeral and memorial service will be at the Rio Rancho Events Center starting at 10 a.m. Monday which would have been Sergeant Schlattmann’s 53rd birthday.
