Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) –While BCSO deputies were investigating the crash that left a Bernalillo County Sheriff’s sergeant dead on I-40 on Monday evening, a semi-truck driver was arrested for allegedly blowing through the crash scene. The driver’s semi had no lights on, he was blaring his horn and had cut people off while deputies still had two lanes of the freeway closed. When deputies pulled the driver over, he allegedly flipped them off and hid in the truck cab. He was eventually tased so deputies could remove him from the cab of the truck. He is charged with reckless driving, having an expired license and no registration or insurance.
