Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) — Jurors convicted 45 year old Joshua Huttson from Clovis, of sexually abusing a child under the age of 13. Hutson has prior charges for child enticement and has been a registered sex offender since May 31, 2017. With this conviction, he must register as a sex offender for life under New Mexico law. The Ninth Judicial District Attorney’s office says sentencing will occur after a diagnostic evaluation. Hutson could face up to 33 years in the New Mexico Department of Corrections.
