Santa Fe, NM (KKOB) – A boil water advisory is still in effect today for the Valle Vista subdivision in Santa Fe County. A damaged water line forced the advisory since Thursday, after the damage caused water service to be interrupted. Santa Fe County reported that water service was restored but the boil water advisory is still in effect until water quality test results are returned.
Bottled water is available at the Boys and Girls Club on Las Lomas Drive.
Residents are recommended to let the cold water run from the faucet until it becomes clear if the water is murky, and you should still boil water for at least 3 minutes.
