Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) –Albuquerque police have arrested a boy in state custody accused of sexually assaulting a CYFD employee in her car in the parking lot of the agency’s Albuquerque office. The warrant alleges sexual battery and several counts of battery on a peace officer after he was accused of fighting officers in an effort to avoid arrest. The report says the boy punched one officer several times in the face during the struggle. The boy’s age has not been released. The assault was at least the third at CYFD’s Albuquerque office in the last few years.
