Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) — An Albuquerque man has been found guilty of abusing a two-month-old baby. A Bernalillo County jury convicted Jesse Levario on two counts of child abuse resulting in great bodily harm and one count of child abuse. The case dates back to September 2022, when Levario brought the baby to a hospital with a leg injury. Doctors discovered a broken leg, five fractured ribs, bruising, and a mouth injury. Levario now faces up to 39 years in prison. No sentencing date has been set.
