Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) – A home in southeast Albuquerque received heavy damage due to an overnight fire. Albuquerque Fire and Rescue arrived at a home in the 5200 block of Trumbull Ave SE, which is near San Mateo and Zuni around 11:20 P.M, to a house on fire. On arrival crews witnessed smoke and fire visible from the structure on the east side of the home. The fire was brought under control in just 15 minutes but the home did suffer heavy damage including structural damage. No injuries reported from anyone inside the home or firefighters. AFR fire investigators were on the scene for several hours to determine the origin of the fire.
