Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) – A former Albuquerque middle school teacher accused of having sex with underage students wants his charges dismissed.
Patrick Corr, who taught at John Adams Middle School, was arrested after two former students told police they had sexual relations with him. One girl said she became pregnant twice and ended both pregnancies.
Corr’s attorney argues one incident happened in Torrance County, so charges in Bernalillo County should be dropped. Prosecutors say the crimes crossed county lines.
No hearing date has been set.
