Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) –Over $55,000 in micro-grants was awarded to 20 local businesses in Santa Fe county in 2025. The grants are awarded in the form of reimbursement for upgrades to new equipment, software or other purchases that help elevate the business and range from $1,400 to $3,000. Santa Fe County Economic Development Manager, Juan E. Torres said in a release,” We are pleased to help local, small businesses thrive with these grants which are part of Santa Fe County’s Business Retention and Expansion program.” A second round of grants will be available in 2026.
