Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) –A new tool to help Santa Fe residents stay safe and prepare for emergencies is launching in the City Different. Ready Santa Fe expands on the Alert Santa Fe system. Residents are notified when emergencies occur and Ready Santa Fe expands on that by showing hazards live on a map. Information is updated in real time giving residents notifications on wildfires, weather warnings, air quality and flood hazards. Law enforcement can also share information during critical incidents. Santa Fe residents can access Ready Santa Fe through ready.santafenm.gov.
