Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) – Albuquerque Police is investigating the stabbing death of a man on Central Ave. overnight. The departments Homicide Unit is now in-charge of determining the details behind the stabbing of a man who’s name has not been released and was dead on the scene when officers arrived around 10 P.M in the area of Central and Louisiana Blvd.
According to APD spokesman, Gilbert Gallegos, a suspect matching the description by witnesses was found nearby and taken into custody. Officers later found that the suspect had an active felony warrant and is now held at the Metropolitan Detention Center.
