Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) – An Albuquerque man is back in jail after his arrest for allegedly sexually abusing a 6-year old girl inside a home bathroom during a recent Christmas Party. 27-year old Matthew Tracy-Thompson, was arrested by APD after they received a call about the alleged incident where he is accused of touching the girl inappropriately inside the bathroom. Documents show that Tracy-Thompson called police himself to report the alleged abuse. He was out of jail when the incident happened on Saturday night.
Tracy-Thompson, was arrested last fall for possession of child pornography material. State prosecutors had requested that Tracy-Thompson remain in jail until his trial, but a judge instead granted his release. Metropolitan Detention Center records show Tracy-Thompson being held without bond.
