Rio Rancho, NM (KKOB) – The search for a new superintendent for Rio Rancho Schools could come to an end this Friday. The three finalists for the position, will be available for questions tonight. The meeting at the district’s training center is open to the public from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at 500 Laser Road NE.
The finalists will also meet with district staff this week and the school board. The hope is to have a final decision after that. The school board announced the finalists last Tuesday: Todd Resch, the district’s executive director of athletics, Dr. Robert Dodd from Maryland and Dr. Heather Sanchez from Washington. The new superintendent will replace Sue Cleveland, who has led the district since its founding in 1994
