ALBUQUERQUE, NEW MEXICO – Bernalillo County has officially certified the results of Albuquerque’s 2025 mayoral runoff election. The Board of Canvass completed its review Monday, confirming Tim Keller’s victory with 74,421 votes (57.71%) over Darren White, who received 54,538 votes (42.29%).
The certification followed a detailed canvassing process by the County Clerk’s Office, which included verifying Election Day, early, absentee, and provisional ballots, reconciling totals, and checking tabulator reports.
Clerk Michelle Kavanaugh called the process “thorough and transparent,” ensuring every eligible vote was counted accurately. With certification complete, the results are now official.
