SANTA FE, NEW MEXICO — Bosque Brewing has closed its two Santa Fe locations as part of a restructuring process following its Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing in October.
The closures include The Drinkery on Cerrillos Road and Restoration Pizza near the Railyard, which shut down “effective immediately.”
In a statement, the company said:
“We gave everything we could to make these spaces a home for great beer, good food and connection. While this chapter did not grow in the way we hoped, we are grateful for every guest who supported us and every moment we shared in Santa Fe.”
Bosque Brewing was founded in 2012 in Albuquerque and quickly grew into one of New Mexico’s most recognized craft beer brands, known for its IPAs and seasonal brews. Over the years, the company expanded to multiple taprooms across the state, including Santa Fe, Las Cruces, and Albuquerque, and earned numerous awards for its beer.
Despite the closures, Bosque says it will continue distributing beer throughout the Santa Fe area and plans menu changes at its Albuquerque and Las Cruces locations based on customer feedback.
