Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) –In November 18-year-old Dominic Speer was arrested and charged with aggravated fleeing, resisting arrest, and murder. The teen accused of running from police with a dead body in his car. Police said witnesses reported a man dragging a dead body out of one car and dropping it in the trunk of his own car. Speer took off from authorities, reaching speeds of nearly 100 miles per hour. Investigators said they caught up with him again after he crashed on the west side. Monday, Judge Courtney Weeks sided with the state and decided to hold Speer in detention while he awaits trial.
